KRUPP ECF system, EASYLast and TK 99.

These electrically insulating systems provide a flexible solution for supporting flat-bottomed and grooved rails. The rubber pad also enables them to provide effective protection against vibrations while deflection should be limited to 3 mm.
All three systems consist of a rib plate which, in addition to the pad under the base of the rail, also has a rubber pad. The EASYLast and TK 99 systems have compression springs for fastening the rib plate to prevent the rib plate lifting. In the KRUPP ECF system, eccentric insulation bushes are inserted in the rib plate supported on the base plate and tensioned with a positive connection using a net and spring washer. This gives the rubber pad no or very little prestressing. The height adjustment required for all three systems should be created using non-shrinking cement mortar (for example ORTEC.Grout). The systems are suitable for non-ballast superstructures such as those in a tunnel, on bridges, and on their own track superstructure. Furthermore, the KRUPP ECF system meets the list of requirements of DB AG and can also be adjusted horizontally and vertically.
