Railcover.

Another of our innovations is the Railcover system. It has been specially developed for road-flush cross-sections and can be secured to concrete base plates using switch rods installed below the paving or using twin-block sleepers.

Completely encased in a plastic profile means that it is always protected against stray current corrosion. Between the base of the rail and the plastic casing, there is an elastic layer, which guarantees a deflection of up to 1.5 mm. Guide plates are used instead of clamping plates to secure the system to the base of the rail. This ensures possibility of deflection.

Railcover is delivered as a pre-assembled system. The ends of the rails are welded together in situ. After cooling, the appropriate fitted sections can be installed.
