The TK 04-R elastic support point has developed into a standard solution for metro and urban railway tracks. It is an innovation which offers a wide range of technical options. The elastic deflection of up to 3 mm provides particularly good ride comfort and ensures low noise development. In addition TK 04-R offers height adjustment between -3 mm and +10 mm as well as lateral adjustment between -10 mm and +10 mm.

The widespread use of plastics means that the rail has excellent electrical insulation against the concrete substructure – even around the high strength steel anchors. Its low net weight and the possibility of preassembly minimise on-site installation times considerably.

The TK 04-R rail support point satisfies European standards EN 13481 and EN 13146. In addition, the electrical insulation for each element of the support point to EN 50122-2 has been verified.
