Production.

We consistently rely on state-of-the-art technologies, from planning in accordance with customer requirements through to production. This allows us to define the physical properties of all products very precisely as regards the general framework of your project.

Thus, we have CNC sawing systems, planing benches and milling machines. This allows us to machine all materials and special materials used in the superstructure, such as manganese steel and high-strength steel rails, with maximum accuracy and excellent surface quality. Heat treatment, in particular perlitising areas subject to wear, is performed on a computer-controlled continuous hardening system.
