Depending on the axle load, the deflection of the rib based plate as per the construction is designed up to 4 mm. The system consists of a ribbed base plate and a frame which are connected through a vulcanised elastomer with each other. As per the requirements, the ribbed base plate are manufactured straight or inclined (1:20 / 1:40). The frame is so shaped that the ends of the ribbed base plate protrude. The gap is also filled with an elastomer and provides an elastic lift lock.
